Categories

Border Time Travel

A category exploring how cross-border areas and connections change over time. Entries may take the form of before-and-after photographs or any type of visual comparisons of past and present, even creative visualisations of possible futures. Submissions might show how a border, cross-border settlement pair, transport connection, landscape, or shared place has changed – or imagine how it could look, function, or connect people in the years to come.

Maps, diagrams, visuals

Original maps or diagrams presenting cross-border territories, mobility, environment, heritage, or any other spatial aspect of Central Europe. Creative visual works – including illustrated maps, infographics, and other graphic narratives – that explain cross-border relationships, places, or regional phenomena in an engaging and accessible way.
